1.Machine introduction
1.1 The drilling rig is a high-speed drilling rig, which is suitable for drilling wells, geological exploration, road and building exploration, drilling and other drilling projects.
1.2 Hard alloy and diamond composite bits can be selected for drilling according to different formations.
1.3 It can drill 2-9 grade sandy clay and rock stratum.
2.Main features:
2.1 With oil pressure automatic feeding mechanism, the drilling efficiency is improved and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
2.2 The ball clamp clamping mechanism is used to replace the chuck, and the rod can be reversed without stopping the machine. The operation is convenient, safe and reliable.
2.3 The hoist is equipped with a cage to form a structure that supports the star wheel on both sides and can withstand strong impact
2.4 Four sets of bearings of the vertical shaft box are positioned to ensure that the rotator is rigid enough to cope with complex geological conditions such as gravel layer and pebble layer
2.5 The machine adopts taper clutch, which is characterized by large transmission torque, convenient operation and maintenance free
